A large apartment complex has been proposed in our beautiful nature-filled neighborhood. The complex would destroy approximately 8 acres of wetlands. These wetlands are located off from Beech Street and behind Winter Street in the Winter Park neighborhood. This area is comprised of single family homes and the residents are absolutely opposed to having a large apartment complex being built in this area.
